Going Green 2

The club is committed to reducing its carbon footprint. We continually look at ways of improving our recycling and reducing our impact on the environment. This second page is a continuation of this commitment. Other projects can be seen on page 1

The club introduced a plan to reduce the paper wasted with Christmas cards. A poster was made, where member could donate £5 to Charity, this donation allowed them to enter Christmas greetings to other members on the poster; this meant members did not have to send cards to the other members.
Not only did it cut the cards sent, it raised £120 for the RNLI
